In addition, before the party, we can provide you an outline of all planned activities to make sure we are meeting your expectations. If you like, we can also meet you in person to discuss the party at a local coffee shop or similar location. |

How long do your party activities last? |

Our party activities generally last an hour. |

How do I book a party? |
|
|
1) Online: Just submit our request party form. We recommend requesting at least two weeks in advance of your party date. We will contact you within 48 hours to let you know if we are available and to find out other information we need to plan the party. We will then send you an invoice. Full payment is due within one week after the invoice is sent to complete the booking process. 2) Or Phone: Call 330-333-6888. We recommend calling at least two weeks in advance of your party date. We will ask about the information for your party. We will then send you an invoice. Full payment is due within one week after the invoice is sent to complete the booking process. |

How can I pay? |

You can pay securely by major Credit Card or PayPal through this website. You may also pay by check or money order to the address provided in the invoice. Please make checks payable to Super Kool Kids Parties. |

When is payment due? |
|
|
|
Once we approve your party request and send you an invoice, full payment must be received within 1 week. Otherwise your date/time is no longer guaranteed and can be booked by someone else. |

Why is full payment required before the party? |
|
|
|
We do this for a number of reasons. 1) Some people prefer to pay by credit card or PayPal which is done securely through our website and can't be done in person. 2) We buy craft items and other supplies for each party and having the payment ahead of time is helpful for purchasing those items. 3) Parties are busy, fun times and it is easy to forget our payment. Having paid ahead of time, everything is done and is one less thing for everyone involved to remember. We don't accept cash so all payments to us are verifiable and a receipt is provided. However, if you are booking us for the first time and are uncomfortable sending full payment, let us know. We understand and we'll try to make other arrangements. |

What is your refund/cancellation policy? |
|
|
|
Rescheduling to a different date or time is permitted at no additional charge (as long as our schedule permits). However, completely cancelling less than 48 hours in advance of the party results in complete loss of payment. Cancelling more than 48 hours in advance of the party will result in 50% loss of payment. |
|
How much does a party cost? |
|
|
For specific pricing information, please select any of our party themes and choose the party size (approximate number of children) you expect to have. Our Specialty Parties cost a little more since we prepare materials and activities customized specifically to your party theme. |

Why do you charge more for larger parties? |
|
|
|
At almost all the parties we do, we provide the kids with items such as small favors and crafts. The total cost of these items depends on how many kids are in attendance. Charging more for larger parties reflects the additional costs and allows us to keep prices fair for smaller parties. |

I'm inviting 13 kids to my child's party and know some probably won't show. Do I have to pay for a medium size party? |
|

If you are that close to a small size party and know there's a good chance some kids won't show, you can just request a small size party. |
|
I requested a smaller party and already paid but just found out more kids are coming than I thought. What do I do? |
|
|
|
Let us know as soon as possible how many more kids are coming so we can prepare. We can then upgrade you to a medium or large party and charge you the difference. |

What is the maximum number of children you can entertain? |
|
|
|
Thirty-five is generally the most kids we can comfortably do activities for at a party. |

I'm inviting a little more than 35 kids to my child's party but know some probably won't show. Can I still book you? |
|
|
|
Yes. If it will be close to 35 in attendance, it isn't a problem. Just request the large party size for up to 35 kids. |

What locations do you go to? |
|
|
|
We'll travel to your party in Mahoning County, Ohio and some areas in Trumbull County (Hubbard, Brookfield, Liberty, and Girard). |

What ages are your parties for? |
|
|
|
Four and up. Younger kids are welcome to be in the audience with adult supervision present. |

What party activities do you offer? |
|

Games, crafts, stories, and more! Click on any party to see its activity details. Please note, however, activites may vary due to the party location and age group in attendance. |

Are your party activities safe for all children? |
|
|
|
Safety of children who attend our parties is of utmost importance to us and we do our best to ensure that our activities are super safe as well as super fun. However, when we review the party activities with you, it is your responsibility to determine and acknolwedge if any of the children who will be present has a medical condition (or anything else we should be aware of) that may pose a risk to them or other children if they were to participate in any of our activities. We can adjust any activities as needed, but it is your responsibility to ensure that everyone participates in our activities safetly. You must provide child supervision as necessary, to ensure the safety of all children present. By requesting our party services, you acknowledge your responsibilities stated here and agree that you will not hold us responsible or liable for any injuries or damages that occur at your party. |

Do you both attend every party? |
|
|
|
Due to scheduling conflicts or unforseen circumstances, only one entertainer may attend your party. This will not affect the quality or quantity of party activities. |
|
Do you decorate for the party? |
|
|
|
No. We will provide the entertainment and will bring all the supplies we need to do that. |
|
What do I need to provide for the party? |
|
|
|
You provide any refreshments or decorations that you want to have at the party. For our portion of the party, you don't need to worry about a thing! We will bring everything we need including all the supplies for games and crafts. The only item we might request is a table to use for crafts and other activities. |

Why do you have a Terms of Service agreement? |
